With her appearance at husband Dwyane Wade‘s recent event, Gabrielle Union lived up to her reputation for serving. Notably, the Bring It On actress was a star attraction at the recently held Met Gala. Resembling a mermaid, Union stole the show along with her equally good-looking husband, DWade. Just days after that event, the couple was at its fashionable best as Wade kind of followed in Tom Brady’s footsteps by putting “together one hell of a show” according to Netflix.

It was a collaborative effort between the Miami Heat icon’s Wade Cellars’ series When We Gather and Netflix. The collaboration with the $263 Billion worth company witnessed multiple stars gracing the event with their presence. However, Gabrielle Union again became the star attraction because of her sizzling red outfit.

The photos from the event were shared by the official Instagram page of Wade Cellars in an IG post. “When We Gather, it’s nothing but jokes on jokes on jokes. Thank you so much to @netflix for such an amazing event with @netflixisajoke last night. It could not have been done without the amazing collaboration with @strongblacklead and of course @59thandprairie!” read the caption to the post.

Apart from Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union, there were multiple other notable appearances. Some of these included former NBA star Matt Barnes, creative director and fashion stylist Jason Bolden, and comedian Deon Cole, among many others.

However, another highlight of the event night was Dwyane Wade’s photoshoot with the NBA’s Larry O’Brien Trophy. Notably, the trophy is awarded to the NBA Finals winners every year and Wade claimed it 3 times in his career. The trophy photoshoot from ‘When We Gather’ event featured not only Wade but his wife and daughter as well.

The official website of the Wade Cellars defines it as, “a national series of wine and food experiences highlighting celebrated BIPOC chefs and sommeliers paired with Wade Cellars’ wines in restaurants, wine bars and wine shops across the U.S.” It further mentions that each event celebrates the chef or sommelier’s ethos, paired with wines from the company itself, and some meaningful conversations, along with art and entertainment.

A similar event under the series was held earlier this month itself. It was a similar night of star-studded appearances and celebrations. However, another highlight of the night was the appearance of one of Dwyane Wade’s closest friends in the NBA, Chris Paul. The latest event included Matt Barnes, reflecting that Wade keeps the members of the NBA community in the loop with these events.
