Dwyane Wade‘s favorite day went well with the family. He had big plans for Thanksgiving this wonderful year that was both full of hardships and rewards for him. He brought together his friends and family together in LA for the Thanksgiving soiree. Wade’s youngest, Kaavia, who was well excited for the same reason, adorably shared her pre-Thanksgiving preparation.

The Flash started the day with a quick gym session with longtime friend and photographer Bob Metelus. Following this, Wade did a quick schedule check with Kaavia. In the clip, the 6-year-old shared her plans to meet her cousins. “I am excited to see all my family and my cousins and my friends. And I’m also excited for all the food we’re getting and also to support everyone. And I am going to be saying the prayer.” “It’s going to be a good day. It will. It’s going to be an even better night,” Wade concluded.

As her father reminded her, Kaavia also hinted at her usual thing for little parties or soirees, which is karaoke. Don’t worry, the Heat legend shared snaps and snippets from the party as well. After a warm welcome to the guests, Wade went on to share his favorite part of the party—food.

He shared a snippet of all his family members and guests enjoying dinner as they chatted together. Before that, he shared a glimpse of the mouth-watering delicacies that he had his chef prepare. Wade’s daughter Zaya and his oldest son Zaire were also at the party.

Another snippet from the party shows Kaavia singing Sweet Dreams during the Karaoke session. Her friend or cousin had also joined her. So, from greeting the friends to an energetic karaoke session, the day went just as the father and daughter had planned. But another important member of the family, Gabrielle, was likely absent.

Did Gabrielle Union attend the Thanksgiving party?

The Bring It On actress wasn’t seen anywhere on Wade’s IG stories. Union usually shares a lot of pictures from any get-together held at her house. If not anything, Kaavia often pops up on her mom’s IG stories. Wade would have surely uploaded pictures of his wife from the party if indeed The Perfect Match was present.

It could be that Union is busy with her work. She is supposed to be shooting for The Casket Girls in Canada, which started early in November this year. It’s unsure whether Union was present at the party or not, but Wade didn’t miss out on his chance to have a date with his wife before the get-together.

The two were spotted together at the NFL game between the LA Chargers and the Baltimore Rams at SoFi Stadium which was held on November 25. The Miami Heat legend shared a picture of him and Union from the game on his IG story. He captioned it, “Date Night.” Moments later, we saw a heartwarming Thanksgiving post.

And so, my favorite thing about Thanksgiving is be able to start a tradition bring everybody, my family, friends everybody to LA, to my home and to give a big Thanksgiving dinner and so we are about 60, 70 deep every year,he said in the latest IG post. It was a great Thanksgiving for Wade indeed!
