No one gets more kick out of trolling Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade than their own 5-year-old. If you were to go through Kaavia Wade’s Instagram handle, it is filled with the Wade family “collecting moments.” This also includes a pulling of the leg every now and then. In a recent IG post, however, the 5-year-old admitted having adopted a particular style statement from her father. But this acknowledgment did not come without a hilarious twist at the expense of the Miami Heat icon.

The series of photos in the post had a touch of Halloween. One of them featured Kaavia and D-Wade posing in front of a huge skeleton. The father and daughter duo posed in the same crossed-arms pose and Kaavia even had a separate photo of her owning the same pose with even more of a style factor. “I get it from him but i made him better,” she wrote in the caption.

This wouldn’t be the first time Kaavia has shown off her comedic side. She recently participated in a viral trend where parents boast about how they “used to break hearts back in the day”. Gab and Dwyane Wade couldn’t resist joining in. Flashing from a funny, awkward dance to a throwback of Gabrielle’s red-carpet glam and Dwyane’s Miami Heat glory days.

It was a reminder that while they’ve aged, their charm hadn’t faded. But Kaavia wasn’t going to let them have all the fun. In her post, she hilariously asked, “Do the genes come with the inheritance?” —the 5-year-old has certainly inherited some humor.

The time when Shady Baby got a taste of her own medicine

Kaavia is often leaving her family in fits of laughter. But earlier this month, the tables turned when her older brother, Zaire Wade, decided to give her a taste of her own medicine. The moment unfolded during a popular TikTok trend called “Give me my money”.

One where participants shout the phrase to earn cheers—except for one unlucky person left out. And on this occasion, Kaavia found herself in that very spot. The playful prank kicked off, with Zaire leading the charge, receiving a room full of applause as each person followed suit. Sitting quietly on the floor, Kaavia observed with anticipation, waiting for her moment.

When she finally stood up to join in, shouting confidently, the room fell silent. Realizing she had been pranked, Kaavia bolted out of the room as her family, including her father, Dwyane Wade, burst into laughter. Zaire shared the moment on Instagram with a cheeky caption. “@kaaviajames villain arc officially started…” adding, “I speak for all big brothers, this is okay”. Now it’s to be seen how soon does Kaavia comes up with her revenge prank.
