“We were a true depiction of our blended family,” said Miami entrepreneur Danielle Koping at this serene wedding event where she accepted Wade Sr. surrounded by their kids dressed up in tune with the bride and groom. The proud look at Dwyane Wade, while he looked at the couple, was his way of agreeing to the union. The couple’s journey that began at a ProPops Foundation event thus entered a new beautiful chapter in 2018 on the backdrops of Venice, Italy with the blessings of children including Wade Jr.
Indeed Wade Jr. knew of Danielle even before his father proposed to her in 2016. One of her early Instagram posts in 2015, where she stands with both father and son is its testimony. “Great event with both D WADE. ..congrats to Marcus . TOA” says its caption. The ‘Father Prime’ is also warm on sharing photographs with stepmom, “Oh yea, that’s my wife and my stepmother haha we good over here.” This is a way Dwyane tagged her in a post wishing his father a happy birthday.
However, the stepmom and son hardly meet, which many may agree with for their busy life. The latest of these photographs also shows that their relationship is still warm and includes her daughter and Wade Sr.’s stepdaughter Lilly.
