While other players have done a lot to revolutionize or globalize the sport, no two players changed the trajectory of the entire sport quite like those two. Their rivalry, right from the NCAA level, caught the attention of the entire country. Along with that attention, came popularity and the league transformed into the mainstream market it is today.

In a similar vein, with Reese and Clark garnering similar levels of attention to an otherwise non-famous sport, they could be the second coming of those two legends. If so, then the women’s league is in very capable hands.
