The internet was eagerly waiting to see Bronny James in a purple and gold jersey ever since he was drafted as the 55th pick by the Los Angeles Lakers. However, as a bonus, the LA unit decided to click pictures of both Bronny and his parents. This iconic picture which is now making rounds on social media caught the attention of James’s former teammate Dwyane Wade. The Miami Heat icon was in awe of it and shared a four-worded reply to his Instagram story. The media day for a rookie has never been more interesting. Wade just spiced it up.

Dalton Knecht and Bronny James have finally suited up for the LA Lakers. Although they are yet to star on the court, this was more than enough to get fans excited about the upcoming season. During a press conference, both Bronny and Knecht were joined by JJ Redick. The new head coach addressed rumors about LeBron James’s influence in drafting Bronny, making a bold claim that the 19-year-old earned his spot on the team. However, this was not the only highlight.

LeBron James and Savannah James made a live appearance to support their son. They made sure they clicked a few pictures with Bronny, which the fans loved. 22-year-old Zaire took his talents to Africa in 2023. The Cape Town Tigers of the Basketball African League offered him a contract for the 2023 season. After playing for Salt Lake City in the 2022 G-League, he went on to shift countries after getting a sudden offer from the Tigers.

“That was a crazy day. I wasn’t expecting a call that day,” said Zaire on getting an offer on his birthday. However, his move to Africa got some criticism. Zaire was unbothered. He shared that there were a lot of experienced veterans in BAL as well. “There are former NBA guys, guys who were just in the NBA last year. There are G-League guys. Even the locals on every team are the best around their area,” said Zaire.

Eventually, he left the BAL to join the ASEAN Basketball League in April this year. So, looking at the path Zaire has taken, the NBA is not the closest option at the moment. However, do not sleep on the young Flash. Always expect the unexpected.
