Dwyane Wade is riding high on his success of getting into the Hall Of Fame. Getting into the Naismith Memorial might be the biggest achievement for an aspiring basketball star. Wade has etched his name amongst the basketball elites after a legendary career both on and off the court. He celebrated the occasion lavishly and also called on one of the biggest names for the after-party. Just hours after his induction, the 3x NBA champion enjoyed a “huge moment“.
While the 13x All-Star had short stints in a couple of different franchises, he’ll be primarily remembered for his days in Miami. After rightfully getting into the group of elite basketball players, he wanted to leave no stone unturned for the momentous occasion and called on his idol to celebrate.

Dwyane Wade hosted an insane bash for his family and friends. In attendance were some of the biggest names from the basketball world, like Chris Paul and Jayson Tatum. However, the star of the show was 5x Grammy Award-winner and Wade’s favorite, Lil Wayne.
The 40-year-old rapper shared a post on Instagram detailing the special night. He congratulated The Flash and Wade returned the honors. The Miami Heat icon wrote, “I grew up with wayne music. So this was a Huge moment.”?He reposted the clip on his social media handle and captioned it, “WTF tho!!!?” Turns out that the Miami great is still in a state of shock after Lil Wayne honored him with his presence.

Wade had earlier shared a clip on X (formerly known as Twitter) of Weezy and wrote, “A childhood dream fulfilled.”?Wade not only got into the Hall of Fame, but he celebrated the occasion with the legendary rapper on the same day. Could it have been any more memorable for the 41-year-old?

While LeBron James was not in attendance for his friend’s induction, he still was keeping tabs on the ceremony honoring his former teammate. The other members of the famed ‘Banana Boat crew’ were present, though.

Dwyane Wade called on his father to the stage while accepting the honor. Turns out that LeBron James was keeping tabs on the momentous occasion honoring his former teammate. He labelled the father son moment as “So Fire”.?Carmelo Anthony and Chris Paul were there to support their friend.

Now two of the famous big three of the Miami Heat are in the Hall of Fame. Even if there are detractors of LeBron being the GOAT, there is no doubt about his place among the basketball elites. It will be interesting to see whether Wade will induct the 4x NBA champion into the Hall of Fame.
