Well, the answer lies in the conversation that The Flash and Zaya had in the video.

The video kicks off with Zaya asking her dad why he loves making vision boards. Wade’s response? “I like doing them because… I’m always about saying things out loud… So you put the onus on yourself to actually accomplish the things that you say you want to accomplish.”
