Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union’s Daughter Touchingly Recites Bible Verse on Thanksgiving

The Wade-Union fam had a Thanksgiving for the books! Dwyane Wade gathered his loved ones in a grand Turkey Day gathering with a photo spread to complement it. The star of the day was, of course, the youngest Wade. Kaavia Wade stole the show with a little presentation on what Thanksgiving is all about. Her parents’ Instagram followers are certainly grateful for this ball of sunshine.

Dwyane Wade’s daughter makes Thanksgiving special

Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union spent Thanksgiving with the entire family, including Wade’s parents, siblings, kids, and siblings. They even set up an outdoor display of the ‘Wade’ family name and ‘Give Thanks’ in lights. We got a glimpse of the family reunion with a photo dump from Gabrielle Union.

She wrote, “Thankful for the ones we hold close,” on Instagram. But it was her youngest kid who stole the spotlight from the extended family. Kaavia led the meal, invoking the Bible verse from Ephesians, chapter 5, verse 20.

“Giving thanks always for all things unto God,” the verse reads and was recited by Kaavia. Her relatives applauded her and her parents were incredibly moved as she confidently led the grace. Kaavia is the family’s seasoned headliner that Instagram users may have missed out that Queen Latifah spent Thanksgiving with them. It isn’t obvious unless you’ve seen everyone Union has tagged in her post.

Union had a lot more pictures to share from the day. Kaavia stood out in her teal dress and beige headband. She shared a kiss with her dad and posed sassily with her parents.

Her grandfather was there to steal her thunder too. Wade Sr. enjoyed a little slow jig with Gab and the Wade ladies. Zaya and their cousins were there too making this gathering extra special.

Dwyane Wade is grateful for his family

D-Wade commented under his wife’s post, “My favorite day of the year.” Anyone can see why. The three-time champion is grinning ear-to-ear spending time with his parents, siblings, and siblings along with his wife and kids.

In Wade’s Thanksgiving update, he’s the gushing dad in love with Kaavia’s teal ensemble. He was rewarded with the sweetest hug from her. He summarized the feeling in one sentence. “I have so much to be thankful for.”

The gracious host was also grateful for the chefs and staff who attended to his family on the holiday. Rounding up the Wade gang Thanksgiving was a rambunctious karaoke jam. The Flash is not the best singer but he’s the best at Thanksgiving for sure.
