Just as the year ends, drama has begun for Dwight Howard. As the basketball star announced his engagement news, his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his first child, Royce Reed, has come forward with a new revelation. She has seemingly threatened the former NBA player of revealing the truth that has left the fans baffled. But for the financial support accusations she has already placed, the NBA star, wishing for no back and forth, has counter claims.

On the Gauds Show aired Sunday, Howard claimed that he had been paying $13,000 every month in child support to Reed, tax free. He only recently stopped as his son, Braylon is now 17. If he has paid the same amount since his son’s birth as he claimed, Howard has paid more than $2.4 million to date. But the LA Lakers star’s problem isn’t with paying for child support but the money being used for other means.

“My son’s mom, that was $13,000 a month from the time my son was born. Let’s do the math on that…This is what I did for her when he first was born. You take the money and you go buy a Dan studio that has nothing to do with your child,” Howard claimed.

Reed made her claims in the teaser for a new reality series. Dwight Howard‘s other ex, Tiffany Render, was also present with her. The teaser of the show, The Ladies of Orange County, features the two discussing someone who is most likely Howard. As Render shared her side of the story, Reed went on to detail hers.

She seemingly accused the basketball star of not providing enough financial support. He doesn’t need you anymore because you gave him all you had. He don’t want you. He wanted to stop giving you money. All of us are cute. All of us had s–t going on. All of us had a career. He sucked us dry. You were last, sweetheart!” Reed said to Render.

The two mothers are taking it a level higher as The Ladies of Orange County is slated to release in 2025. But it isn’t just the show that carried some accusations.

Reed recently started an IG page named “Ihadababybysuperman.” She shared a few clips on her IG story as well. Speaking of Superman, who is clearly Howard, she threatened to reveal all the texts and emails.

I had a baby by Superman, and here’s his f—ing kryptonite. Imma post the texts and emails too if you keep playing with me and calling my bluff. I know about way more than you think I do so imma leave the initials R.E. to let you know it’s ON,” she said.

This comes a month after the Orlando Magic star announced his engagement to Amy Luciani. The social media personality has shown immense support for Howard amid these claims. While the 3x DOPY has refused to fuel the fire sparked by his former partners, he broke his silence on the matter as he wished good luck to Reed.

“This is my HOF year. I’m getting married. God is amazing. And I’m so grateful and I wish Royce nothing but the best peace and [blessings],” Howard wrote in the comments section of TheShade Room’s IG post. But the matter doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon.
