It is shaping up to be a big year for Dwight Howard. The 8x All-Star entered 2025 as a first-time nominee for the Hall of Fame as well as a fiance to Amy Luciani. Now wedding bells are in the air and a final candidate list on the way. But before that transpires, Howard is looking to cash up on his dreamy house.

As per reports, the former LA Lakers star has put up his European-style mansion on sale– a property that sprawls across nearly 35,000 square feet. As per Gwinnett County deeds, he bought the house from Moore Road LLC through a limited liability company for $8.8 million in 2016 and was the first owner to live inside the house.

“I can’t believe I have a home like this,” the 3-time DOPY had expressed. “I didn’t grow up with a lot so I literally don’t take anything for granted, and I enjoy every single moment, no matter what it is.”

Originally built in 2010, the Rose Hill Estate in Suwanee reportedly cost $40 million to be built and remained unoccupied for 6 years until Howard made the purchase. Looks like the NBA star got a favorable deal. One he is looking to make a profit out of now.

Engel & Völkers Atlanta has listed the property for $11.3 million. The mansion comes with 10 bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms, six kitchens,  a game room, a movie theater and a private gym. The Lakers icon had also housed his luxury cars, 3 pet snakes, and memorabilia from his favorite celebrities. It might be tough giving up something so special. But with the year 2025 is building up to be for him, it is quite right he welcomes a new chapter.

I was enjoying you so much out of the public eye but here we are. Thank you for bringing me back to the word. Anything I say or fuss about, first thing you say is “Did you pray about it?” Then I realized I hadn’t being praying much lately at all,” the rapper wrote on her post which had Luciani showing off her diamonds and Howard admired. The rapper is also visibly close D-12’s daughters, expressing how watching Howard with them has made her love him even more.

Though the NBA star faced a few hiccups, entering the season as his ex went on to make serious allegations, it doesn not seem to have borne an effect on the new couple’s relationship. The two were more recently spotted at one of Luciani’s favorite concerts.

And if it all goes right, the basketball legend will have another reason to celebrate this year. He was announced as eligible for the HoF Class of 2025, last December. Sharing a post from the NBA on ESPN, he wrote, “Thank you JESUS.”  While he has not retired yet, Howard is grateful for the honor. He certainly has plenty to look forward to this year.
