The Phoenix Suns and the Los Angeles Clippers recently gave the fans a preview of a potential playoff matchup. The game was made more interesting by the presence of Devin Booker and Paul George, who have not been on good terms with each other since 2021. Although the two have never gone berserk at each other, a former Houston Rockets star gives his thoughts on the apparent ‘beef’ between the two.
Having played in the NBA for 9 seasons, Chandler Parsons knows the inside information that regular fans don’t. With this, he is calling for the two to stop going back and forth on social media. “It’s not like it’s a real beef where they see each other and they are fighting outside the court… There’s been some social media back and forth; everyone now has a podcast where they can kinda throw a zinger at someone. And you do take that persona’. You gotta play these guys, and there is an unspoken rule as players that you kind of don’t do that,” said Chandler Parsons.

As George expressed his frustration at the play, Devin Booker came in to defend his teammate. The two exchanged words, and George was seen visibly upset at whatever Booker said. Since then, the two have gone a little against each other on social media. Parsons believes that they should not do it as, at the end of the day, the two will eventually have to be on the same basketball court at the same time.

Both superstars performed extremely well in their recent match. But it was Paul George who got the last laugh. The Clippers got the job done against the Phoenix Suns, as Kevin Durant was not available to play. But the stars that were on the floor did not disappoint.
