Despite Co-Parenting With Carmelo Anthony, La La Calls for “Boundaries” With Ex

“It’s important to us for him to be able to see his parents in the same room together and hang out and have fun.” Last year, La La Anthony emphasized being a good role model. Even though they separated in 2021, Carmelo Anthony and ex-La La continue to co-parent their son Kiyan successfully. In fact, both of them were present on Melo’s podcast for his college commitment announcement. But recently, she had to answer a question, “Can you still be friends with your ex?”

In her Snapchat stories, La La was discussing the issue with people who were not on camera. “I don’t know a lot of guys that’s gonna be cool with you being with your ex. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing.”

The former VJ continued, “Like Brittany said, there has to be some kind of boundaries, right? With the friendship.” Throughout the multiple stories, everyone had a different opinion. They stated that various people have their reasons for clinging to the past.

But La La Anthony, in her witty way put an end to it. “Marco!!! What song is this… I’m nobody’s secret… don’t start acting up ’cause ur skin looking good! 😂🥰 you out here glowing Marco…”

Yes, the 31-year-old Youtuber’s glow was possible because of The Chi Star. She accompanied him to a dermatologist appointment—an appointment she recommended. Mind you, it was never a “date.” However, not just with her friends, La La clearly knows where relationship with her co-parenting partner ends.
