Two years ago, the Los Angeles Lakers were struggling, and people were blaming 37-year-old Lebron James for not carrying his team. Eddie did not like all the slander that LeBron was receiving and decided to share his thoughts on social media.

He posted, “It’s amazing how LeBron, at almost 37 is still being ripped for struggling, when he has an AD in his prime and not living up to expectations. Magic, Bird, Duncan, Hakeem, and Jordan were no longer relevant at 37. That lets you know how great LBJ is. ‘Keep it moving’.”

The statement is no longer true as Tim Duncan won his 5th ring at the age of 38, but it is true that no one was as dominant as LeBron James at 37. But to compare Magic Johnson to LeBron when we have not seen Magic at 37 has left many fans upset.
