In recent news, one of Rodman?s previously owned cars is getting auctioned. It is a 1998 ?Pierced? Volkswagen New Beetle that mirrors every bit of Dennis Rodman?s personality from the 1990s.

For all the car enthusiasts, Rodman?s 1998 Volkswagen New Beetle involves a J Mays ?Retrofuturism? design with German engineering at its most unstable and troubling point. The yellow car has cheetah prints that end up as flames as well. Previously owned by NBA star Dennis Rodman, this ?New Beetle? was also once owned by the former heavyweight champion, George Foreman.
This car was purchased at some point by George Foreman from Dennis Rodman. Now it is a part of the 50-car collection that the former heavyweight great is selling. In another interview, George Foreman reveals that his favorite car is a 1977 convertible VW Beetle. Foreman explains that he would never sell it and that his other cars are just ?dressing around it?.
Before its auction announcement, the ?98 New Beetle was lightly customized by ?Carlin?s Design?, best known for making Harley Davidson parts. But what makes this 1998 New Beetle special?

I mean, there are cheetah and flame prints and an eccentric ?hoop piercing? on the car?s spoiler! Apart from that, it also has immense historical value. The ?New Beetle? was a sensation when it came out. With its earlier retro design and mechanical uniqueness out of the window, the ?New Beetle? design was welcoming and extremely user-friendly. Dennis Rodman?s eccentric choice of driving a ?Pierced? New Beetle is actually the most Rodman thing ever since it is so unpredictable.
Driven for 6000 miles already, this goofy ?pierced? New Beetle is called ?Bugzilla?. This car has probably experienced some of Rodman’s iconic moments and company from his NBA days. It is currently bidding for $2500 which is a decent deal considering its history of owners and experiences.
