The Georgia Bulldogs had been on a 29-game winning streak. Georgia had remained undefeatable since the 2021 SEC championship. But history repeats itself yet again, with Georgia’s fall to Nick Saban and Alabama in the championship game two years later.
With this loss to Alabama, Georgia finds itself in a tough position. As the college football field has been more competitive than ever, the chances of them now making the final four are slim. Only time will tell if Kirby Smart and his team will make it. But we will definitely be seeing them in the orange bowl.
