Shaquille O’Neal‘s 17-year-old daughter is set to make the headlines soon. Flexing the wild number of offers she has received so far, the young sensation has raised the curiosity of hoop fans. Considered the next big thing, the 6’4 baller has already started to dunk the ball. Now just a year away from playing college basketball, the comments section of her recent Instagram post might have confirmed her possible destination. 

Shaq’s alma matter has already given her an offer. There are 7 other top universities that have shown interest in this future WNBA prospect. However, the chances of her joining Shaq’s former college are higher after a comment from the LSU phenomenon Angel Reese. 

Angel Reese hints at a possible union with the daughter of Shaquille O’Neal

The reigning NCAA champions LSU Tigers made quite the impact both on and off the court this year. With a team full of potential superstars, Big Diesel‘s alma mater is the favorite for the upcoming tournament. However, it looks like they might be the favorite for the next few seasons if Me’arah O’Neal joins their team.

Me’arah and her father, Shaquille O’Neal made a surprise visit to the LSU Tigers a few months back in February. Sharing some pictures of her in the LSU thread, the fans anticipated Me’arah will be joining the LSU. However, in the meantime, the 17-year-old has already racked up the offers.

Top colleges like Baylor University, Arizona State, Tennessee State, and more are in the race for Me’arah’s signature. Big Diesel‘s daughter flexed the offers she received from eight universities on her Instagram. Nonetheless, that was not the highlight. 

LSU champion Angel Reese commented, “You know!”, hinting where Me’arah might go. Notably, Shaq has supported the 21-year-old Reese on several occasions. During an interview, she even called the LSU alum her “uncle.”

In another post of Me’arah in the LSU uniform, Reese commented, “I like this twin!” 

Regardless of the 17-year-old’s decision, 7ft Shaq will be on cloud nine. 

How did Shaq help in transforming his daughter?

Of course, his daughter joining his alma mater might make Shaq the happiest, all things considered. Looks like Shaq’s “mean” training has helped her daughter.

Shaq revealed in his podcast, Me’arah picked up basketball by watching WNBA superstar Candace Parker. Playing a similar role for her school, Me’arah used to be a “prissy” hooper until Shaq decided to turn things around. 

Shaq revealed he inspired his daughter to be mean so that she can get the ‘dog mentality’ that the Lakers champion is famous for. Already with a 6’4 height and a compelling physique, Me’arah has ticked all the boxes by following her dad’s path.
