On the Run It Back show he said that this version of Davis is what the Lakers need and what he wanted to see. Parsons said, “[Anthony Davis] is a top, top elite player in this league when he gives that effort.” In addition to that, Parsons expressed that he wishes to see more of the chest-thumping AD on the court. He said, “We just want it more often.”

Parsons also said that consistency from AD will eventually mean the ultimate glory for the Lakers franchise.
