Shaquille O’Neal has had trouble maintaining his body in the past. Even when he was in the NBA, he never went below 320 pounds. At the peak of his career with the Los Angeles Lakers, Shaq revealed that he was close to 400 pounds. After retiring from the league, the big man let go of himself further. But after a health scare in 2022, Shaquille O’Neal decided to get his life and his body back in control.
With goals and aspirations, Shaq began his body transformation, and it has been a long journey so far. But the results of his hard work are visible, as Shaq has cut down over 55 pounds in the past few months. This has inspired him to help the person who helped him on his journey.

Shaquille O’Neal promotes fitness gyms
Having reached various milestones in his journey to having a better physique, the Big Aristotle is now trying to bring in more people to do the same. For this, he decided to promote a fitness gym.

Shaquille O’Neal recently made an appearance in an Instagram video to promote ‘Roc Fitness’ in Atlanta. In the video, the Lakers legend can be seen talking to a trainer from Roc Fitness.
As the trainer was wearing sunglasses, Shaq snatched them off his face and said, “I need twenty more people signed up at the gym. At Roc Fitness“.
Roc Fitness is owned by Rashid Shabazz, who is an IFBB pro champion. He is professionally known as ‘Roc’. Further, he is Shaq’s chief fitness officer. Shaquille O’Neal is the owner of forty 24-hour fitness franchises himself.

With the goals that Shaq has achieved so far in his journey, he definitely wants to promote the center to other people. Shaq has been on a journey to lose weight and mold himself into his dream physique.

Shaq has made strides in his journey
He has been doing great over the past few months and has shredded a lot. O’Neal is serious about his diet. He has a much more chiseled physique now. After losing 50 pounds, he revealed that he now wants to lose an additional 30 pounds.
But he still has some distance to go before his final goal. Shaq wants to model with his kids. He also wants to have an eight-pack. He revealed that he currently has a 5-pack and is still working to get the rest.
