Charles Barkley is excited about Thanksgiving and his weight loss
The Philadelphia 76ers legend revealed in a previous interview that Thanksgiving is his favorite festival. Yet at the same time, he has not celebrated it comfortably due to a hip replacement surgery he went through. As Charles Barkley recalled, his doctor demanded “?Imma get you new hips. But you gotta lose weight man.? “
Like many athletes, Sir Charles struggled to stay in shape after his playing days were over. Chuck has admitted to eating whatever he desired during his playing days. But in retirement, the carbs get harder to burn off. Growing in age and reflecting on his own life, Barkley soon realized that it was time to prioritize his health.

After his hip replacement surgery, doctors ordered Barkley not to make a lot of movements. Unbothered about recovery, the 60-year-old traveled more than 1000 miles to visit his friend Craig Sager who had a bone marrow transplant.
When it comes to the people he loves the most, Charles Barkley will go to any extent. He took a flight from Phoenix to Houston and shared pictures of his visit to the hospital.?
