Even Shaquille O’Neal might not be truly aware of his entire property portfolio. It doesn’t stop him from adding to it. He might be eyeing a famous celebrity pad with a water park, but for cheap. About $16,499,995 less! As much as Tony Parker feared Shaq and would gladly roll over for him, it doesn’t sound like the Spurs star will be moved by that offer.
Parker has listed his massive Anaqua Springs property in Texas for sale. Sotheby Realty, that’s managing the deal, shared on social media that the property has a price tag of $16.5 million. Texas resident, Shaquille O’Neal commented under the post, “Tell him I’ll give him five cash.” Hopefully the realtors convey the message to Parker.

Shaq knows Parker’s struggle with having a massive home on the market. The former San Antonio resident has a home in Dallas worth $1.22 million. But it was his Orlando mega-mansion that was the headline. The Superman-themed residence was on the market for three years before Shaq sold it in 2021 for $11 million. That’s a huge markdown from the initial price of $28 million.
Like Shaq’s former 76,000 sq ft. monstrosity, Parker’s old home he bought in 2005 is well over the $5 hard cash offer. Situated on a 53-acre property outside San Antonio, the 13,000 sq.ft. mansion’s highlight is the water park setup in the private pool. It has six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, an indoor basketball court, tennis court, and sand volleyball court. Given that Parker is in the wine business, it’s also fitting the mansion houses a climate-controlled wine cellar for 1500 bottles of wine.
While Shaq could breathe a sigh of relief after selling the Orlando mansion, Parker first tried to offload his property in 2021 for $19.5 million. But he suddenly took it off the market in 2023. It’s now on sale again for a lower asking price. Shaq should seize that discount.

Parker is usually levelheaded when it comes to Shaq’s pranks and provocations. He proclaimed on his own podcast that he had a knack for not getting baited by Shaq. That’s why he not only has very few technical fouls on his record, he walked away from Prime Shaq with his bones and dignity intact.

Unlike Shaq, who was determined to test the limits of fouls, Parker said, “ I wouldn’t fight against the seven-foot guys. Even if Shaquille O’Neal made some big fouls on me, I stayed on the floor. I wouldn’t get up to face him.”
