Fan of mountain biking since the 2001 season, Reggie Miller has time and again endorsed everybody to do the same. So, when one of the biggest stars of the NBA does a collaboration with a two-wheeler brand, no doubt Miller would support it. The Los Angeles Lakers superstar amidst his Olympics practice has found time to give back to society. On Monday morning, Canyon Bikes announced a new initiative with LeBron James called ‘Find Your Freedom’. Although signed to a rival brand, Miller who a few months ago participated in a race was eager about LeBron’s latest initiative.
In addition to the marketing initiative, Canyon and LeBron are also partnering in a more meaningful way. The brand will provide bikes to kids at I PROMISE, a public school James supports through the LeBron James Family Foundation (LJFF). And cycle enthusiast Reggie Miller couldn’t be more excited. He uploaded multiple stories supporting the initiative from Canyon, which recently raised $30 million, as per reports.
“This is going to get so many kids, women and POC on two wheels, fantastic job @kingjames.” But first, Reggie Miller wrote, “YAAASSS Sir @kingjames” in his story on the post shared by Velo. The page provides information on all things road and gravel by cyclists, for cyclists.

LeBron James on his account posted about the partnership and wrote, “Find Your Freedom! 🚴🏾♂️🙌🏾👑 From childhood until today, I’ve had a long-time connection to bikes. For me, they’ve always been a way to overcome your barriers, to liberate and empower and to wander, and wonder.” 4 years ago, Reggie Miller called himself a wannabe mountain biker but has come a long way since then.
Reggie Miller and his second love
The Pacers legend has been promoting Santacruz bicycles for quite some time now. Plus, the 58-year-old has also built a garage space for his bikes. Reggie Miller has also received a custom green hornet in XXL size for his 6-foot 7-inch frame. It was in preparation for his Enduro race debut in March this year.
