After Michael Jordan, yet another NBA icon has found a perfect vacation destination in Ibiza, Spain. Magic Johnson with his usual vacation buddy, Samuel L Jackson is well enjoying the streets of the White Island. Seemingly, if there’s one thing Magic Johnson enjoys to the absolute is these annual breaks of his. The more recent one has only gotten bigger.

In today’s update from the trip, the former LA Lakers star is seen savoring a lunch at Juan Y Andrea Formentera with his wife Cookie Johnson, and his friends, including Sam and LaTanya Jackson, John and Vicki Palmer, and Cedric the Entertainer and his wife Lorna. “I encourage everyone to have lunch right on the beach at Juan Y Andrea. We ate the catch of the day, fresh sea bass and lobster… So delicious!” he wrote in the caption to his IG post. 

Jackson also shared a few glimpses and his excitement about the trip to Ibiza through a series of IG stories. “Busstin’ a quiet lil move to Ibiza!!! DAAYUUMM!!! #IJUSSWANNAYACHTYACTYACHTYACHT!!!!!!” he captioned one such story. Notably, Johnson and Jackson have had some similar memorable annual vacations together. The two are said to have a real close bond that expands on their shared love for exploration, luxury, and camaraderie. 

As for this present trip, it seems to have started recently as announced by Magic Johnson in an IG post. “We are officially on vacation!!… Boca Grande in Barcelona, Spain! The food was *chef’s kiss*” read the caption to his post. It also mentioned the people involved, and it seems Cedric and Lorna have joined the others just recently. So there is a possibility that MJ too could join the group considering he too seems to be in a vacation mood and the 6x NBA champ has already hung out with this bunch.

The former Chicago Bulls icon was on this vacation with Johnson, Jackson, and Judge Greg Mathis. The trip included journeying through France, Italy, Greece, and Montenegro before ending the journey in Croatia on a luxury yacht cruise.

As per reports, Johnson spent $7.5 million on the trip with his friends and their spouses. They also further mention the yacht’s charter prices to be close to $1.25 million per week. Johnson and the group spent six weeks on it. Revealing one moment from the trip, Magic Johnson shared his dinner experience at the famous Da Paolino Ristorante aka the lemon tree restaurant in Capri, Italy.

“AND I got to hang out with my great friend and the greatest basketball player to ever live, Michael Jordan, and his wife Yvette, Sam and LaTanya Jackson, Judge Greg and Linda Mathis, and John and Vicki Palmer,” he added. Now, it’s to be seen if the same bunch can re-unite for another such moment on Johnson’s recent vacation.
