During the Big Game weekend, Shaquille O’Neal was busy jamming at the 7th annual Shaq’s Fun House. The event featured live performances from John Summit, Ludacris, DJ Irie, and Myles. It was held two days before the Super Bowl, which averaged 126.0 million viewers, and was the most-watched Super Bowl. But not everybody was watching the Eagles vs. Chiefs game. And, guess what? Shaq’s eldest previously expressed her disdain as she hyped the Janet Jackson concert. But it seems she is done with concerts, at least the ones her ‘uncle’ suggested.

I had a really cool Super Bowl weekend. I took my amazing and beautiful nieces (Taahirah and Brooklyn) to see Janet Jackson in concert at the Resort World Theater. Thanks for wanting to hang out with your old corny uncle as I do the robot 😂.” Anthony C. Hall, Shaq’s best friend, took his nieces to the Janet Jackson Concert in Las Vegas. In his Instagram post, Shaquille O’Neal’s eldest daughter even commented about going to another concert.

Taahirah stated, “Soooooo what’s next? 😂❤️.” Knowing his niece very well, it seems Hall replied in jest. “@taahirahoneal Next issssssssss The Backstreet Boys or or or Kidd and Play!!!! 😂😂😂.” The 28-year-old quickly shut down planning for concerts of the duo Kid ‘n Play and the band Backstreet Boys. “@anthonyhall_chicago boo 😒.” The band has a combined net worth of $185 million, making them one of the wealthiest boy bands in the world.

So, it’s safe to say Shaquille O’Neal’s eldest daughter will always prefer Janet Jackson. She even chose the Grammy Award-winning artist over the Super Bowl. Sharing a picture from the concert, she wrote, “Because f–k that football game.” Taahirah also is a fan of her dad’s hobby, and you will be surprised to know it’s not DJing.

Shaquille O’Neal receives support from his eldest on social media

We all know how multi-faceted the Lakers legend is. He is a basketball analyst for TNT, and a DJ, not to forget his rapping skills. Amidst all these, Shaq finds ways to entertain his fans on social media. One such way is to lip-sync songs and post them on Instagram. Sometimes, he would even post at odd hours, that is, in the middle of the night. But Taahirah recently loved her dad’s latest attempt.

What’s your perspective on:

Janet Jackson over the Super Bowl—Is Taahirah O'Neal onto something, or is football still king?

Have an interesting take?

That is why I am the way that I am.” The 28-year-old added the reel of the 4x NBA Champion, where he tries to sing, ‘Who’s Lovin’ You’ written in 1960 by William “Smokey” Robinson. The Big Aristotle added the caption, “Hold on to my love” and was off-tune for the entirety of the minute when he tried to sing.

Even though Shaq is not quite on Janet Jackson’s level, his daughter proudly supports him. Maybe Anthony Hall should ask her to attend the Lakers legend concert instead. At least that way he won’t have to face the rejection.
