The quote states, “Going after your dreams being confident in what you want, and stepping out of what’s expected of you will bring up fear in other people. They’ll project all sorts of judgements. Let them.”

Union captioned the quote as “It’s fear from others that’ll make your life small if you allow it.” She made it clear that one should not worry about being judged by the people around.

This was a rather helpful statement, as many people deal with self-esteem issues and are often bothered by the opinions of others.

Gabrielle Union shares how she deals with her anxiety

In a conversation with parents.com alongside Dwyane Wade, she revealed how she deals with crippling anxiety. Union said, “I had to take off last week because I was having extreme anxiety out of the blue. I was almost terrified to take time off for myself because so many people are counting on me.”

She revealed she doesn’t think twice before taking a break from her hectic schedule to take care of her mental health. It’s rather inspiring to see Union talk about her mental health openly, which could inspire others to follow suit.
