According to the reports, Gabrielle Union has recently inked a deal with the brand, for $746.2 million-worth brand Great Wolf Lodge. The company’s presence spans 19 resort locations in various states, including Florida and New York. As a part of their hospitality offerings, the brand has introduced an ‘Adventure Training program,’ which will be hosted by the 50-year-old actress. This program, launched on October 1, will be spearheaded by Union and her fitness coach, Gregg Miele. Guests will have the opportunity to partake in an invigorating activity by following a 15-minute video featuring the duo instructing simple stretching and cardio exercises.

Speaking of the program, the general manager of the water park resort shared, “Gabrielle Union and her personal trainer, Gregg Miele, take participants through a fun fitness program specifically designed so children, parents, and even grandparents can do the exercises together.”?He added, “The program kicks off with simple stretches and moves to strength training and cardio exercises before wrapping up with a cool-down program.”
