Dwight Howard was only two weeks away from the Mirrorball Trophy when the 500th episode of DWTS came down on the pair. The elimination was a setback, especially for his pro-dancer, considering her victory with Iman Shumpert in Season 30. While the couple made positive assertions on their exit, with Karagach calling it a win, considering the challenge of the height difference they overcame, her social media reactions are worth exploring.

This time it is her IG story where she follows the #momfollowparty trending on TikTok while being sarcastic on the elimination with the caption: “POV: You just got eliminated on DWTS.” Originally made by TikToker Anna @atlmamaknows intended to connect moms for better socialization, the New York-based dancer seemingly mocks at her comeback as a homemaker and a new content career, making fans curious.

In the video, Karagach follows the lines: “Who wants to be my mom friend?” First on a harsh tone to be repeated by a mellow downed voice after this monologue: “I gotta come out now as not so aggressive.” When she took it to TikTok she wrote: “Let the playdates begin😍😍😍#backatit #momlife,” to which her followers threw heartfelt support. While this appears saddening for Karagach, many may agree with her dedication and hard work bringing the 8x NBA All-Star this far. Consider this throwback to the Halloween Nightmares night!

The couple who performed a contemporary to “Ring Around The Rosie” by District 78 got their first perfect 10 for the season. This was a comeback despite their inconsistent performance since the Cha Cha setback in the third week. The pro-dancer even took the discomfort of long-distance traveling to ensure practice.

Moreover, it was ingenious for 5-ft-7 Karagach to use the height of 6-ft-10 Dwight Howard to their advantage for a stunning lift for the contemporary. This put the pair’s fans with high hopes since her former victory at the ballroom took flight after a similar Horror night, only to their disappointment.

Adieu to NBA row around DWTS

The special night for DWTS after the election-driven break took off with a dance number to “Crazy in Love,” reminiscent of its first Season Premiere back in 2005. Similar to Halloween night, it showcased two performances each from the remaining six pairs. This included a regular routine and a surprising performance where the pairs could only know the dance specifics five minutes before. To the fans’ disappointment, Howard’s team scored the lowest of the night.

They began with an Argentine Tango for the routine inspired by James Hinchcliffe and his pro-Sharna Burgess’ Season 23 performance to which they got a 26 out of 30. On the surprise round that followed, the pair went for a Paso Doble to “Victorious” by Panic! at the Disco to which they got 22 from 30.

Even though they were awarded similar scores in the past, with performances like that of Chandler Kinney and Brandon Armstrong which got them a perfect 60/60, the couple were ranked bottom.

The judges, especially Carrie Ann Inaba, stood by a greater expectation from the pair. Inaba, who gave them an 8 for the routine, in place of a perfect 10 from the last night, made that stance clear.

However, Howard was happy that he could inspire his children to live their dreams, as both reflected on their journey so far with gratitude. For now, for NBA fans it is a dead end with DWTS. However, looks like Daniella is continuing her presence in the world, even if through TikTok.
