Stephen Jackson will not remain silent if he is accused of false information. Famous American columnist and YouTuber Jason Whitlock has made a lot of controversial statements about various stars and athletes. While many choose to ignore these allegations, Jackson decided to address Whitlock’s false claims about him, which also involves South Carolina head coach Dawn Staley and Iowa Hawkeyes sensation Caitlin Clark. Jackson not only called out Whitlock but also took a strong jab at the 56-year-old for hating on him.

The former Golden State Warriors star shared in an Instagram video, “Usually I don’t even respond to this cat, Uncle Ruckus, aka Jason S***lock. I mean, Whitlock. To say that I rooted for Dawn Staley over Caitlin Clark, simply because she was black is the dumbest thing to say.” Jackson supported Staley for several reasons.

He continued, I was a big Dawn Staley fan. That number that I did wear in my rookie year? 24. Staley wore 24 during her four-year tenure at the University of Virginia. Jackson did not stop with this, though.

“The sad part is, you can’t go a day without hating…You’re nothing but a puppet and a brown noser for the hating…You give people confidence to hate…You’re just a sucker. And you find a way to demean people to get attention. Nobody watch your show…You probably can’t even hear me because you are somewhere breathing hard trying to get up the steps.”

Clearly, Jackson had a lot to say. He was fed up with the allegations, as this was not the first time Whitlock made comments on stars like Jackson.

What happened when Jason Whitlock and Stephen Jackson worked together at ESPN?

In his podcast All the Smoke with Matt Barnes, Jackson shared the experience of working with Whitlock. He told his former teammate, “He rubbed me wrong every chance he got, Matt…Every time I’m on the show with him, he made a point to say the worst s*** he could say.” Jackson, Whitlock, and Stephen. A. Smith have all worked together at ESPN. The former NBA star had a problem with Whitlock’s comments since then.

Jackson suggested a solution for Whitlock to stop hating. The 2003 NBA champ believes Whitlock is very intelligent. However, he also believes Whitlock uses all his thoughts to hate people. Jackson said, “He uses intelligence to be the biggest clout chaser.”

Jackson wants the 56-year-old to spread love, rather. It doesn’t take a lot of effort to speak good of someone. Jackson suggested, “To spread love, that takes no effort.” Let’s see if Whitlock will agree to this.
