Close to a week ago, in the early hours of Tuesday night, Marcus Jordan veered his $300,000 car on tracks. That was the beginning of the entire ordeal as he ended up with three charges to his name. DUI, possession of c——, and resisting arrest, and the cops from Maitland, Florida, also revealed the unruly behavior of Michael Jordan’s son. Keeping the legal drama behind, the second son of MJ is focusing on his brand and even his sister joined the workplace during the important event.
The “Bred” Air Jordan 1 ’85 was on sale a few days ago. With its ‘unbannable’ campaign, it surely caught some eyeballs. Out of 23 locations, where the AJ1 was available, one was Marcus Jordan’s retail experience store, The Trophy Room. Joining him was none other than his younger sister, Jasmine. He shared two photos of her on his Instagram story. The first one had the caption, “Lil big sister 👸✨.”
In the second photo, they both stand afar with the Michael Jordan commercial board in the center. Which stated: “Who said man was not meant to fly.” Jasmine shared the two stories in her story, where she added ‘unbannable’ sticker in one and a ‘love always’ sticker in the other. But the love wasn’t on full display when Jasmine came to the story previously.

In that story, Marcus Jordan handed her sister a ‘violation’ card. The reason was very simple, she broke a Jordan household rule. “Had to hit my sister w/a violation for pulling up not wearing @jumpman23 kicks lol 😆.” Yes, Jasmine came to the Trophy Store Room with no Jordan kicks on her feet. But her violation was nothing compared to her brother’s legal issue.
Marcus Jordan’s legal case has an update
After the arrest, the youngest son of MJ was taken to an Orange County, Florida DUI facility. In the morning, he and his team of lawyers posted for a $4,000 bail. The reports about Marcus Jordan being “agitated and confrontational when given commands or asked questions” also emerged. Plus, his weird demand to play music inside the facility also surprised everybody.

As per reports from PEOPLE, Marcus Jordan pleaded not guilty to his felony charge for coc-ine possession, as well as a separate first-degree misdemeanor for resisting an officer without violence. Plus, his attorneys have also requested a trial by jury for the DUI charge. Where they waived his appearance during the first round of proceedings. So, the date set for the pretrial conference is March 20.
Marcus Jordan even released a statement about the entire legal ordeal. “I appreciate everyone reaching out. I’m focusing on @trophyroomstore right now and won’t be making any comments on recent media stories and my personal life.” The 34-year-old continues to focus on his venture as he tries to move past the case.
