He’s one of the very few who boast an unbeaten record. He has fought forty times and won all of them, 31 of those fights by knockouts. Last month took on his arch-nemesis and emerged victorious. Yesterday, he celebrated the same in his hometown while garnering some praise from the three-time NBA Champion.

Terence Crawford took on Errol Spence Jr in the month of July. The two were touted as two of the best in their division. Spence and Crawford decided to step inside the ring and decide who was the best welterweight on the planet. Many thought this was going to be a close one. Some expected Spence to cause some damage to Crawford. But Terence had other plans. He dominated the whole fight and won via TKO in the ninth round, shocking the world.
Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union recently congratulated the champ on his winning outcome.
Dwyane Wade heaped some massive praise on the world champion. In a clip uploaded by Gabrielle Union, Wade said, “Yo champ. One champ to another champ man. Congratulations bro.”
Union continued, “You make us so proud. Not just as a family. But I’m talking the collective we. The world. Every obstacle you’ve shot past and succeeded and the belief that you inspire in everyone else because of how you believe in yourself.”
Crawford recently held a victory parade in Omaha, Nebraska, the boxer’s hometown. During the same, he opened up on the challenges he’s faced.

T Bud had to overcome a lot of adversity in order to get where he is.
He wrote, “Y’all say, ‘Boy, you was a little bad little one running around this month. Now you speak so nice. You’re giving back to the community, you represent us well.’ And half of y’all thought I was gonna be dead or in jail,” confessed the unbeaten champ.
Crawford continued, “But you know, I’m glad I turned my life around for the best. And like I say, it ain’t how you start the race, it’s always how you finish it.”

He revealed that many thought he would amount to nothing and would be a criminal or pass away. Crawford didn’t pay any heed to the negative attention and followed his singular objective of winning the world championship.
