The Miami Heat have been one of the most consistent teams in the NBA. This can be attributed to their work ethic and coaching, even though they don’t have the star power the rest of the league possesses. The Heat culture is real. And it’s not for everyone. On the surface, it might seem like just focusing on your craft and being accountable for what you get paid. But the players are not always up for the challenge.

While the system has brought success, the negative sides of the culture have been brought up yet again by an NBA legend.
