We all have one ‘funny’ friend in our group, and Larsa Pippen helped the social media in learning more about her RHONJ friend. Teresa Giudice uploaded a photo, celebrating Pippen’s 50th birthday, and she would remember this one for a long time. The Netizens used their creative side too and uploaded various Photoshopped images of Pippen and Giudice with different backgrounds. Giudice even selected her best one from the lot when she spoke about the ‘fail’.

Appearing on the SiriusXM Hits 1 show, Larsa Pippen spilled the beans and her part in blowing up the internet. She asked the hosts Mack and Jen if they wanted to hear a funny story about the incident. Not just the hosts, everybody wanted to hear it Larsa! “Teresa sent me a photo, she sent me like 3 photos and she’s like ‘should we be on a beach? And I was like running around and I just hearted the beach.”

So it was Larsa who selected the photo, and her reasoning was “We look great on that beach.” Later admitting she had no idea about the place or the beach. “But I just thought it was funny. I thought she was trying to be funny for my birthday.”

In the beginning, there was some trolling and Larsa Pippen clarified it was never intended to be real, it was always for the laughs. When the hosts told her that the day later after uploading the photo, she was still trending on X and Instagram, Larsa replied, ” Oh really.” Everything she says the majority of the time becomes trending. It was trending because fans joined in on the bandwagon along with her RHOM co-star to create their own photos.

Her idea behind selecting the photo was very simple. It was pretty funny and “I was dying” after looking at the photo. Giudice sent her three photos and It was like they doing all different things. But Larsa firmly said, “No we are on a beach.” Although she did say the photo of the beach or the water could have been better. So why did Giudice select the beach background?

Giudice was ‘scrambling’ for the photo with Larsa Pippen

She appeared on Live with Kelly and Mark, to explain the reason behind the viral photo. She said she was “scrambling” for a photo with Larsa Pippen, and being a close friend she had to post the picture. When she came across the picture she said,” That was the only picture I came across. I said, ‘Oh great, summer!’ I just didn’t like the background.”

Called up her assistant /social media person who was in Mexico at the time. And Giudice said, “Perfect, take a picture of the beach! That’s perfect, we’re in bikinis! Put it like that.” Clarifying that the photo was real but taken in a different place.

When asked what her favorite repost from the fans was, Giudice replied “On the moon” and “At the pyramids.” She loved that everyone was putting them all over the world. She even hinted that she might do it all over again, so which photo would Larsa Pippen approve the next time?
