That hot tea cereal is getting everyone at TNT. Charles Barkley got a bit too wild when they played some Beyonce in the studio. He proved he takes being a Beyhive very seriously, hooting and hollering and stopping just short of waving his ring finger in Kenny’s face. Other than confirming he’s up to date with everything that goes on in the Beyhive, he left the Inside Guys in splits over his passion for music.

Come on Beyonce, sang that thing! Whoo! Hold ’em, baby!” Barkley started the Halftime report and left Shaquille O’Neal, Ernie Johnson, and Kenny Smith nearly falling off their seats laughing. He deviated a bit gushing about country music that had Ernie joke that the Halftime Report is your one-stop source for all things country music.

But Shaq got the punchline when he said, “I didn’t know you was part of the Hive, Chuck! I see you, Booboo.” Because Shaq is pretty well-placed in the Beyhive too. Somehow that went off track with Charles Barkley suddenly meowing terribly, unprompted. Just a regular Thursday at Studio J.

Only last week, Chuck got the first glimpse of Beyonce’s newest track, “Texas Hold ‘Em” on King Charles. The visuals were so hot, it elicited an involuntary, “Whoa,” out of Chuck in the first second.

Gayle King asked him if it was “too much” for him. He said, “It’s a lot!” He was keen on having Knowles on King Charles immediately. Back in TNT, Beyonce was not the only one bringing out the animal sounds on air.

Barkley whined that he didn’t want to deal with Kenny’s “freeloading” family that apparently accompanies them to New York. Kenny didn’t deny it, even demonstrating the Smith family summons call. They were just another series of animal sounds that fans debated sounded like a sea lion, hawk, moose, or pigeon. Whatever those sounds are, Chuck confirmed that whenever Kenny calls, his family comes out of the woodwork for sure.

Prepare for some animal sounds when the TNT Beyhive heads to New York. Maybe if they’re lucky, they run into Queen Bey herself!
