Max Verstappen and George Russell are making the most of their time in Miami. The duo was recently spotted at the Miami Heat vs Philadelphia 76ers Eastern Conference semifinals Game 1; a game which Miami won. Verstappen even posed with a couple of young fans at the arena, while Russell enjoyed the game with his friends in their courtside seats.
The two drivers are clearly enjoying their time off ahead of the weekend race. And what better way to do so than get some NBA action? Indeed, we can expect the same response from a lot of NBA stars among others at the weekend race.
We can also expect the inaugural Miami Grand Prix to pull massive amounts of celebrity singers and artists to the circuit during the race weekend. With Miami clubs hosting several parties, it promises to be a week to be remembered for Miami and Formula 1 alike.

The Mercedes man chose seats a little closer to the action, as most prefer. Russell even brought a couple of friends to the game as seen on the Jumbotron. Notably, the F1 stars will return to the circuit on Friday for FP1, with this being a conventional racing weekend, compared to the sprint qualifying at Imola.

Max Verstappen is back on the title charge
For the first few weeks, the Red Bull man was lagging in the world championship charts. But with a much-improved and reliable car, the Dutchman is back in second behind leader Charles Leclerc. Max overtook Russell, who sat second in the standing after the first three races.
Now, with only a 29-point lead, the Ferrari driver, Leclerc, is wary of Verstappen’s threat. At the Miami Grand Prix, Mad Max will want to recreate his Imola weekend to keep the pressure on and hopefully close the gap at the top of the table. With an exciting weekend coming our way in, who do you think will finish at the top?
