Charles Barkley’s post-game career has been as decorated as his playing days. He continues to mesmerize his fans with his comments drawing ire and laughter from all. Many times, people around him don’t know how to react but that doesn’t stall Barkley’s unhinged rants. This is why he’s had many viral moments that have made him an internet sensation. Most of these viral instances come from the renowned TNT show Inside the NBA. 

In one such viral moment from the show in 2018, he once again sent Shaquille O’Neal on a laughter trip. 

Charles Barkley can’t hold back from commenting on women of his own show

It was just the opening night of the 2018 season and the Inside the NBA crew was already at it. Of course, it was Sir Charles who started to bring out his wild comments. While the crew was engaging in banter about the Commando underwear. It is part of an elaborate joke that started when a picture of Barkley in Commando underwear emerged and him receiving a pair from the crew as well. 

The hilarious analyst then made some laughter-inducing comments, comparing the size of men’s and women’s underwear on the show with the crew. Chuck said, ”Well, I’m just gonna say this about the women who work here. They’re a little overconfident. They can fit in them big drawers. Some of y’all need to check your pride at the door, y’all can fit in them things.” 

Upon hearing this, Ernie asks, ” Did you get men’s or did they send them both?”. To this, Chuck responds, ”Well, they sent unisex, is that the word?”. Kenny Smith interjects and asks Ernie, ”Have you ever heard of unisex underwear?”. And then, Johnson responds,” No, I haven’t.”. This didn’t faze Barkley, who went on to say,” There’s unisex bathrooms, there are not unisex underwear?”

The Chuckster isn’t afraid of taking shots at anyone. It doesn’t matter whether they are men or women, the 76ers Great just speaks his mind. 

He has especially gotten into trouble for his comments on women. There’s this famous instance when the Round Mound of Rebound called San Antonio women “big ol’ women“. This happened in 2014 during the opening night of the NBA season.

Chuckster and his undaunted pursuit of mocking San Antonio women

“They sell a lot of churros in San Antonio. A lot of big old women out there in San Antonio. A kilogram or two… They probably set the record in churros.”, said Barkley. While Shaq was laughing relentlessly, Kenny Smith was asking Barkley to not say all of this about San Antonio women. 

Smith reminded Barkley, ”There are regular women in San Antonio.” However, who can really stop the controversial commentator?

He continued,” There are good-looking women in San Antonio but big ones too. Victoria, not a secret down there, they be wearing them big old bloomers”. To this, Ernie Johnson who couldn’t hold back his laughter, said, “You go way too far man”.
