Although the property is super luxurious and famous, Jordan has been unable to sell it for years. Joe Rogan and Tom Segura looked into Jordan’s mansion and were utterly impressed. However, the fact that it was unable to sell baffled them both.

In an episode of ‘2 Bears, 1 Cave’, Tom Segura and Joe Rogan stumbled upon the topic of Michael Jordan’s house in Chicago. “Jordan’s Chicago home… Have you seen that one?”, asked Segura. “I think it’s been on the market for years”, he added. Rogan further admitted that he has seen the house and knew the fact that the agents were unable to sell it, through a YouTube video. “A bunch of haters”, said Rogan.
The team pulled out pictures of Jordan’s enormous mansion. Both Tom Segura and Joe Rogan are mesmerized by it. However, the fact that the house isn’t selling ate them up. “Why can’t it sell?”, asked Rogan, “Who the f**k wouldn’t want to live in Michael Jordan’s house?” Rogan claimed it to be the ‘dopest’ house ever to be owned by someone.

The 56,000 square foot house is enclosed in a 7-acre compound in Illinois. Also, the number 23 on the gates make it clear that the property belongs to the legendary player. “You couldn’t tell when you saw 23 on the gates, bro?”, Segura exclaimed. Rogan asserted that it has to be worth a lot more than a regular house. “It must be crazy overpriced”, said Rogan.

The house is on for a massive $29 million USD. Rogan agreed that it would be hard to sell a house for $29 million dollars. Although the house was built according to Michael Jordan’s specific needs and desires, the amount of money required to buy the property is way too high.

The duo appreciated the house a bit more. Without a doubt, the full basketball court, cigar lounge, a probable golf course in the back and the home gym gathered all the praise. “Look at that place. Look at that. He’s got a f**king beautiful basketball court”, said an impressed Joe Rogan.
Apart from the beautiful full court, the house also has a piano room, a wine cellar, plenty of media rooms and a game room. It hosts nine bedrooms and nineteen bathrooms. However, the price tag has prevented the house from selling.
