It is safe to say NBA legend Dennis Rodman is a true “Bad Boy” both on the court and also off it. Rodman was a huge part of the Detroit Pistons team that won two straight titles and earned the “Bad Boys” title for their physical defense. Ironically, Rodman’s antics off-the-court began when his stint with the Pistons was coming to an end. When the Chicago Bulls finally overthrew the Pistons, the management decided to make some changes to the team. That included head coach Chuck Daly who was like a father figure to Rodman.
Rodman did not receive the news of Daly leaving the team well and this is where his antics began. It was a really hard time for the two-time DPOY who even contemplated suicide once. Fortunately, he was apparently saved by the Pearl Jam rock band.
