NBA Legend Shaquille O’Neal returned to his podcast after a two-week absence. The Big Podcast with Shaq had taken a two-week break, and they came out with another episode with a special guest, Von Miller. Shaq gave true advice to Miller, who is starting a new venture by himself.

The two-time Super Bowl winner currently plays for the Buffalo Bills. The linebacker joined the team from the Los Angeles Rams and he signed a massive 6-year contract worth $120 Million.

Von Miller is considered one of the best defensive players in the NFL and he has also won several accolades. Miller came on the show and he talked about his journey in the NFL, his SuperBowl win last year, and his time at the Buffalo Bills. He also started his own podcast, and he asked Shaquille O’Neal for some advice.

Shaquille O’Neal and Miller have known each other for some time now, and they are also friends. So Shaq wished him luck on his new venture and gave him some honest advice. He said he is proud of Miller and he wished his family as well.

O’Neal said, ” Just be yourself, brother. I think because you have a G-14 classification, don’t be hesitant to give out information because it’s gonna hurt people’s feelings. A lot of the times when I’m giving out information aka criticism, a lot of the guys, they get butt hurt. But what they have to understand is, in order to get to the level, where we have been, you got to listen to the information.”

Shaq said he didn’t become great until he listened to criticism. He stated Kareem Abdul-Jabbar back criticized him back in the day. Instead of being angry and responding to Kareem, Shaq listened to him and worked on his game. He says that is one of the reasons he was so successful and won three titles with the Los Angeles Lakers.

Miller has started a podcast on Bleacher Report called The Voncast. It has been doing well and Miller has also had a great season. He will be sure to take Shaq’s advice about not being hesitant to give his honest thoughts.
