Several days ago, NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal made fans go crazy over a video of him at the gym. The video was taken by the Big Aristotle himself wherein he was flaunting his abs in front of a mirror. Despite turning 50 this year, Shaq made sure to stay fit and look his best. Evidently, Fans started pouring compliments and expressed their disbelief on Twitter. However, there was another reason why Shaq aimed for a fit body.

During an interview with GQ, O’Neal revealed that he had gone to a clinic for a routine check-up after which Shaq decided to change his diet. Apparently, he was informed that he had sleep apnea and as a result he could easily have stroke. Clearly, Shaq took immediate action to prevent such unfortunate incidents from occurring.
Fans were visibly impressed with such a transformation. However, this did not stop Turner and Adams from having a little fun with Shaq during a podcast episode.
Shaquille O’Neal fails to prove to Spice Adams that his abs are real
In the recent episode of The Big Podcast with Shaq, former NFL player Anthony ‘Spice’ Adams revealed why Shaquille O’Neal looked jacked up in the video. As the trio, including ET co-host Nischelle Turner got to discussing about the recent events, Turner bought up the topic. She revealed that fans have been reaching out to her in the hopes of being able to talk to Shaq. During the podcast, she informed fans that they can freely reach out to the NBA veteran and his ‘grooves in his stomach’?through DMs. Adams replied that it was pretty clear that the abs were photoshopped, to which Turner and O’Neal shared a good laugh.

“I don’t care?what type of program you promoting because I get all the little paid advertisement stuff ‘oh look at Shaq he’s using Novatec!‘, I don’t care about all that. That junk is photoshopped,” said Adams.
O’Neal reminded him how could it be photoshopped as it was a video. In return, Adams countered that he could be using CGI effects or Adobe. Turner then asked Shaq if his trainer was there with him to verify the fact. As Shaq called his trainer, Adams said that the person could very well be a paid actor. Nevertheless, his trainer showed up and verified that the video was not photoshopped in any way.

The Los Angeles Lakers legend must have sensed that Adams was still not convinced, so he then called his best friend as yet another proof. However, the situation backfired on Shaq as his friend told Adams and Turner that the video was indeed photoshopped. The trio then laughed it out, clearly indicating that Adams was only pulling Shaq’s leg for fun.
