Renowned rapper Drake is known for his love for the Toronto Raptors. The moment that closely defines his admiration for his home team would probably be his antics during the 2019 Finals series when the Raptors defeated Stephen Curry‘s Golden State Warriors. However, Drake ended up making a huge claim even before his favorite team made it to the finals. During the Eastern Conference Finals against Milwaukee, the Bucks heiress Mallory Edens donned a Pusha T t-shirt beside NFL legend Aaron Rodgers, prompting a bold reaction from Drake.

Drake is the ‘Golden Ambassador’ of the Toronto Raptors. He came to support his home team during Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals series in 2019. However, during Game 5, the daughter of Milwaukee Bucks owner Mallory Edens made an attempt to troll Drake by wearing a t-shirt featuring his biggest nemesis Pusha T. However, Drizzy ended up having the last laugh and shared a bold reaction after the Raptors defeated the Bucks.

Drake made an accurate prediction about the Toronto Raptors

The Raptors defeated the Bucks by 105-99 during Game 5, taking the lead to a seven-game series by 3-2. While Drake was not present to witness his team win in Milwaukee, he sent a message to the Raptors fans during a watch party straight from Jurassic Park.

As per Billboard.com, Drake ended up making a huge claim about the Toronto Raptors. Drizzy stated, “Look at this, we created this. This didn?t exist before we were here. Look around at the Square. We did this. It doesn?t matter what anyone says. They could say it?s disrespectful, they could say it?s this and that, but everybody?s within the rules.”

The renowned rapper added, “All we are is proud and passionate. The Toronto Raptors are like a college sports team. I love Toronto. I love this team and we?re going to the NBA Finals.”

Luckily for Drizzy, the Raptors delivered by winning the conference Finals after defeating the Bucks in the conference finals by 4-2 following a Game 6 win. Moreover, Drake also responded to Mallory Edens with a sarcastic move on social media.

In response to Mallory Edens’ troll during Game 4, Drake changed his Instagram profile picture to the Bucks heiress’ image.

Moreover, he also ended up mentioning her in his story. Drizzy wrote, “All is fair in war and war, and trust me I’ll still get your tickets to Ovo fest.”
