O’Neal was asked whether he has faced any intimidation from veterans in the league. Shaq stated, “When I get mad, I just get more dominant” comparing himself to other players that are taken out of the game when they get angry.
Shaq, also known as, the Big Diesel, eventually played together with Karl Malone in the Lakers in 2003. However, Shaq ended his career with 4 rings, Malone had none. Karl Malone, himself a two-time league MVP, would probably not make that statement now.
Remarkably, Shaquille O’Neal spent 19 seasons with six different teams. In a total of 1,207 regular-season games, he had a total of 1278 blocks. Additionally, he averaged 23.7 points, 10.9 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 2.3 blocks in his illustrious career. Moreover, he has made an All-Star appearance 15 times in his 19 seasons.
