It does not seem as if the Los Angeles Lakers have been able to make any drastic changes. After their loss to the Portland Trail Blazers, a game the Lakers had in the bag, they ended up losing to the Denver Nuggets. The Lakers’ season record stands at 0-4 right now. And anyone and everyone can see it?s the Lakers? shooting struggles. Even the Lakers players and also legends have acknowledged that.

The Lakers were shooting 25-118 for the first three games. Things did not get any better for their fourth game against the Denver Nuggets. Lakers lost that game 99-110 while shooting 8-30 from beyond the arc.

Even the Lakers realize the downside

LeBron James said, ?We can?t shoot a penny in the ocean,? regarding the Lakers? shooting struggles. While Lakers legend Magic Johnson tweeted about the Lakers? inability to make those long-range jumpers.

Johnson tweeted, ?I?m agonizing over the Lakers’ play, the lack of shooting, and the 0-4 record. If my Lakers don?t start shooting better, this could be a longgg season for us Laker fans.? While both Johnson and LeBron may be right, it seemed as if Lakers’ backup point guard Patrick Beverley was trying to sugarcoat the situation.

And fans on Twitter could not help but roast and troll Pat Bev and the Los Angeles Lakers. One fan tweeted, ?I got a 30 on my test yesterday I got a 34 today.? And another fan added to that tweet, commenting ?You getting better,? while taking a snide shot at Beverley?s post-game remarks.

Fans seem to have better insight than players

Another fan gave his insight on the team saying, “Lmao, why are professional players saying 26% is an improvement? Shameful. Disgraceful. What?s wrong with these mf?s. I?m bout to turn off this thing and boycott these mf?s.”

Prior to the game against the Denver Nuggets, the Lakers were shooting 21.2% for their first three games. And as for their fourth loss against the Nuggets, the percentage went up to 26.5% for that game.
