Over the years, press conferences and interviews have generated many heated moments in the NBA. Monday witnessed another such moment, with Brooklyn Nets star player Kevin Durant. Ahead of the new season, the forward is preparing to succeed with his franchise. However, he recently lashed out at some absurd questions in an interview.
Last year, Durant averaged nearly 27 points for the Nets, along with 7.1 rebounds and 5.6 assists. He put up a number of inspiring performances throughout but failed to carry his team over the line. This time, however, his team is back to full fitness and gunning to capture the elusive NBA Championship. With all the hype surrounding Brooklyn, everyone wants a piece of their players. But this clearly backfired, as ‘KD’ has hit back at renowned TV host David Letterman.
