A picture posted by Shaquille O’Neal that features some of the best players going at each other in a five-on-five game has drawn some criticism. The team featured Shaquille O’Neal with Kobe Bryant, Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, and Larry Bird.

Yeah, you have the biggest mismatch for the old guys, but the next gen has way too many advantages in length and shooting. No one to guard Giannis, KD, or Bron. Bird on Giannis? Magic on KD? Come on now

Assuming this is when everyone is in their primes, who is guarding kd and curry? Who is guarding Embiid off the pick and roll? Who is guarding LeBron in the paint?

Shaq would be non existent on defense. Embiid can sit in the corner and free the paint up and who on that team is guarding giannis??? 😂😂 on top of that outside of bird who KD locks up who’s putting up 3’s??? Curry would shoot them out the building easily. Team bron in 6

Dude, you made a career of sticking your big butt out to clear space and then dunking. Stop associating yourself with the greatest talents.

It would actually be 4 games to none. You guys would win the first two easily playing the tough style that you guys played like in the 80's & 90's and they would forfeit the last 2 games because they're wusses & the game today is weak & soft

The modern-era team arguably has the advantage of lights-out shooting on their side. However, the legends team has the physicality and a hard-nosed style of gameplay going for them. Both teams have certain advantages over the other.
