The Golden State Warriors seem to be struggling to retain their old shine, but a win against the Detriot Pistons in their upcoming game would massively boost the team’s confidence. On the other hand, a Detriot victory wouldn’t be too surprising either, considering that they’ve won against a few big teams this season.

The Detroit Pistons are a talented team, but they haven’t struck the right chord as a unit. The same can be said for the Warriors as well, and they need somebody not named Steph Curry to step up and carry the team once in a while.

Golden State Warriors vs Detroit Pistons: Injury Updates and Lineups

Warriors

Ahead of the season, the Warriors were touted to bring back their dominance once again, but the absence of Klay Thompson is continuing to trouble the team. Steph Curry has been leading from the front, but the lack of offensive input from others has led to them losing nine of their opening 20 games.

Golden State has a healthy roster ready to compete against the Detroit Pistons on Saturday. No player has been listed as questionable except the ones who are already sidelined due to injury

Possible Lineup

Steph Curry (G)

Andrew Wiggins (G)

Kelly Oubre Jr. (F)

Draymond Green (F)

Kevon Looney (C)

Pistons

The Detroit Pistons are one of the poorest teams in the league currently. Their winning percentage is the third-worst in the association and that should denote how they’ve been performing so far.

Although they’ve stars like Derrick Rose and Blake Griffin on the roster, the team hasn’t found its winning formula yet. As for injuries, the Pistons rookie Killian Hayes will be the only out who will miss the game with a hip injury.

Possible Lineup

Delon Wright (G)

Wayne Ellington (G)

Jerami Grant (F)

Blake Griffin (F)

Mason Plumlee (C)

Prediction

This game looks to be an easy victory for the Golden State Warriors. They’re the better team on paper, but the Pistons just upset the defending champions Los Angeles Lakers. Hence, one can’t count them out of the fixture.

However, one can expect the Warriors to bounce back from their recent loss by positing a strong victory against the Detroit Pistons. Steph Curry will probably have an enjoyable night at the Chase Center, and we predict the Warriors to win this one!
