Forming what is till date the most iconic trio in NBA history, Jordan, Scottie Pippen and Dennis Rodman were virtually unstoppable. While MJ and Pippen stole most of the limelight, eccentric star Dennis Rodman was also there to steal the headlines. Known for his flamboyance and loud personality, the legend of ‘the worm’ is intact in NBA folklore. Although the trio complemented each other well, it almost never came to be.

A fair assessment from a person who gave it his all on the court.

The reporter then went on to recount Rodman’s first meeting with Phil Jackson. Revealing what brought the Big 3 together, Rodman remembers his coach asking him to apologize to Scottie. The two had famously had an altercation in the past that left Pippen needing 6 stitches.
