Preview | LA Clippers

The All-Star break could not have come at a better time for the Clippers. On their travels through the East, they lost three games on the trot. And most of that was down to the injury problems the likes of Paul George and Kawhi Leonard were facing.

While Leonard made his return, George was managing his load after a five-week hiatus and missed their last game. But he is certain to re-appear after showing up in the All-Star game. They will be looking to turn it around with their roster back, fit, and healthy.

Preview | Golden State Warriors

The Clippers aren’t the only team bidding to overcome their three-game losing streak. Because of their recent losses before the break, the Oaklanders surrendered their playoff place to the Dallas Mavericks.

With just a game separating the two, they can quickly get it back. In their loss to the Suns, Steve Kerr rested Steph Curry. He will naturally take to the court for this one. He’s been their key player this season, averaging 29.7 points per game in 34.1 minutes of on-court action.

To say that the Clippers are the overwhelming favorites here won’t be an understatement. They are fundamentally strong on both ends of the court. As for the Warriors, a result here would depend on Steph Curry. If he has an off-night, they won’t even have a sniff at winning this NBA game.
