The Los Angeles Lakers take on the Dallas Mavericks tonight in an important Western Conference game. For the Lakers, they need to start building momentum going into the final stretch of the season. The absences of LeBron James and Anthony Davis dropped them to the fifth seed. But as both players near a return, the Lakers are going to make a final push to get a good seed.
For the Dallas Mavericks, they have been unimpressive this season. While Luka Doncic has been at his brilliant best so far, the rest of the team hasn’t matched his effort. The Mavericks have been very inconsistent this season, failing to build on their good form for a long period of time. The Mavericks will push to get a higher seed as well, possibly to a secured playoff spot rather than a play-in.
With that in mind, take a look at the Lakers facing the Mavericks.
