Preview | LA Clippers

The Clippers are the most in-form team of the NBA right now. And it is not particularly because of Kawhi Leonard, who’s sat out the last couple of games with right foot soreness. But, it is all thanks to Paul George who has led the team with a 30-point performance in each of those games.

Kawhi is day-to-day and against a weak Pistons team is likely to be not risked by the medical staff. So, the onus will be on Paul George to keep up his good form. Patrick Beverley and Serge Ibaka are also not available for this NBA game because of their respective injuries.

Preview | Detroit Pistons

It has been a sorry tale for the Pistons this season. They lie at the rock bottom in the Eastern Conference Table with a 16-38 record. It is not because of any key injury issue; their roster is simply not competent enough for the NBA.

They were beaten in their last NBA outing against the Clippers itself, though the forward tandem of Jackson and Bey played well. So, it would be crucial for them to start the game firing on all the cylinders if they wish to trouble their opponents. The Pistons have not many lingering injury issues as only the likes of Rodney McGruder and Dennis Smith Jr. are ruled out for this game.
