The Phoenix Suns are off to a blazing start for the 2020-21 NBA season. After winning 4 of their initial 5 games, they hold the #2 seed in the Western Conference.

In the hopes of continuing this phenomenal form, they will travel to Denver for their Friday night battle against the Nuggets at 9:00 PM ET.

The addition of Chris Paul has completely changed the atmosphere of the franchise. CP3 has elevated the level of his teammates, and they are expected to make a deep playoff run this season.

On the other hand of the spectrum, the Nuggets haven’t had a good start. They are 1-3 right now and are still struggling to find their touch.

Can they shrug off this poor form? We will find out tonight. Till then, let’s have a look at the expected lineups and injury updates for both sides.

Denver Nuggets injury updates and predicted lineup

In their last game, Michael Porter Jr. had a phenomenal scoring night. He ended up with 30 points and 10 rebounds, but it wasn’t enough for the Nuggets to win.

However, in their match against the Suns, Porter Jr. will be sidelined as he is going through the NBA’s health and safety protocols.

Along with Porter Jr. Jamal Murray will most likely sit out this game too. He missed their last fixture against the Kings as well due to an elbow injury, and there is still no good news about his return.

So the predicted lineup for the Denver Nuggets is Monte Morris (G), Gary Harris (G), Will Barton (F), Paul Millsap (F), and Nikola Jokic (C).
